When can I expect my order to ship after purchase? 

 

Normal processing time is between 3 and 10 days depending on size of order, and other factors, such as holidays, or higher demand than normal. If you need an order for a specific date, or would like more information about our shipping methods, visit the Shipping Policy page. 

Do you ship worldwide?  

 

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide via USPS Priority Mail & Express. For Australian Customers, we are now using UPS Expedited.

 

Where do you ship from? 


We are located and ship from a handful locations all within the United States. Our main headquarters are in USA.

How can I pay for my order? 

 

We accept any major credit/debit card including Discover, Visa, and American Express; also virtual payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

How long does it take to receive my order?


If you are located within the United States, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days after it ships. For international handling & shipping visit the Shipping Policy page where we provide average transit days for our shipping carriers. 

How can I track my order? 

Visit the Track Order page to access up to date information about your packages by entering your email, and or order # number. Easily sign up for email/text alerts every time your package scans in any shipping facility. 

 

Do you offer refunds? 

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

Do you offer replacements for faulty discs? 

 

Yes. We offer a 14-Day Replacement Policy. if within 2 weeks of receiving your package you have a faulty disc, please contact us for details on getting a replacement package. Please provide your email used, and or order # in your email subject line.

Can I use a regular dvd player? 

 

All of our DVD sets are compatible with any DVD player worldwide. All DVD’s are Region Free. This is what allows them to be played with any DVD player worldwide.

Please be aware of what you are buying and make sure your machine can play DVDs. Disc's are region free NTSC unless otherwise specified. 

DVD’s will work on PS3, PS4 or newer. PC computers with video software such as VLC Media Player. Also tested and working on portable dvd players. Xbox is the console that has playback issues with many dvd discs. We advice using different player if errors occur. 

 

Where are the dvd sets produced?

 

Our catalog of products are not regular release sets, and are high quality imports and custom sets from oversea manufacturers and publishers. Many unreleased series are made available to custom dvd sets from various sources when not commercially released before. Ensuring lost media and rare shows are available for fans to enjoy worldwide.
